Dynamo Configuration - Space Breach and Maximum Strike will ignore guard status.
Mind Break, if used on a target already affected by Mind Break, will ignore both guard status and defense.

The Korean name may be a reference to the Elsword Light Novel series of the same name which features Time Tracer as the main character.
Despite being a skill for Diabolic Esper, the skill icon shows a silhouette of Lunatic Psyker.
