No. Moon El Masters traditionally need both the Power of the Moon and the Power of Darkness to become Moon Masters. It wouldn't make sense for an El Master to use a power that actively corrupted the user.
Besides, the Moon Phase gauge, which resembles Noah's Power of the Moon, turns red in this path, so it's very obvious that his Power of the Moon has mutated on this path.
