The group follows the bandits through the forests of Ruben and obtains a map that indicates the bandits heading to the village of Elder.

The search party learns that Banthus has been working for Wally, the lord of the Elder village, who is planning to use the El Shard for his own selfish ambitions. So the group enter Wally's Castle to confront Wally himself and take back the El. There, the party finds Wally and learns of his secret production of Nasod, an ancient robotic race, to do his bidding. The party battles against one of his strongest Nasod, Wally No. 8.  After the team defeats the tin can of a robot, Wally stares down at the angry search party as he makes his escape with the El Shard, flying away on his Wally No. 9.

Unfortunately, Stella, the head of Bethma village, cannot help the party much in its search as she faces her own problems dealing with the increasing conflict with the Lizardmen of the region. Elsword (Korean: 엘소드 Elsword) is a free-to-play, action MMORPG developed by KOG Studios. The game was first released at the end of 2007 in South Korea, and later it was localized and made available to play in other regions. This massively-multiplayer role playing game boasts a 2.5D side-scrolling gameplay with beat'em up combat, manga-inspired visuals, and an immersive fantasy world. The story of the game follows the title protagonist Elsword and the El Search Party as they travel across the world of Elrios to fight against the encroaching demonic forces and protect the El from those who seek to abuse its power.

Elsword

The titular swordsman who carries a great sword to slash and bash his enemies, Elsword is an aspiring young knight who was trained under the guidance of his sister, Elesis. He is ambitious and hotheaded, always looking for a challenge, but he is good-natured at heart. Elsword begins his journey searching for the lost El that was stolen from the town of Ruben, joining forces with Aisha and Rena. His strength lies in his close-ranged skill with the sword, but he can also harness the power of fire to deal some explosive attacks. He can take a number of hits and counter attack right back.

Aisha

Well-versed in the art of magic, Aisha is a genius mage who had the misfortune of losing her magical powers by the effects of a cursed ring. Despite the loss, Aisha decided to embark on a journey to remaster her magic. She is intelligent, brash, and confident in her abilities with staff in hand. Aisha meets Rena and Elsword, whom she finds to be quite an obnoxious child and often gets into arguments with. She joins them on their quest to find the lost El while she hones her magical powers. She specializes in overwhelming her opponents with fireballs and wide array of powerful spells in quick succession, and she can give a quick whack with her staff to fend of anyone too close to her mana-charging space.

Rena

Able to call the power of nature to her aid, Rena is an elven marksman bearing the duty to protect the El in order to maintain the stability of the world and the ties between Elrios and the Elven plane. She is usually calm and collected, and she's known to act motherly to the team. Rena's journey begins when she learns of Banthus's plot to steal the El, and she enlists the help of Elsword and Aisha to track him and the El down. Rena can fire magic arrows to shoot down enemies, as well as deliver fierce kicks in close-combat. Rena is also capable of graceful movements and calling on nature to enhance her abilities.

Raven

A man reborn with a Nasod arm to battle alongside his blade, Raven is part-man and part-Nasod due to an experiment done by the Nasod. Once a proud captain of the Crow Mercenary Knight of Velder, Raven was betrayed by his friend and lost his comrades and his fiancée. On the verge of death, Raven accepted a deal that a Nasod who found him had presented him: to be reborn with the power enact his revenge on those who had took everything from him. Raven was filled with fury and rage, that is until Elsword and the El Search Party fought him aboard the Black Crow to stop his group from terrorizing the Ponggo and take back the El that he took from Wally. His meeting with the party helped him remember that he wanted to protect those he holds dear. He then joins the party to find the missing El in hopes of enforcing justice and clearing his sins. Raven wields a blade to attack with quick slashes and thrusts, while his Nasod arm is capable of heavy scratches, hard punches, and even explosive firepower as well.
