Tips and Details

The ShrugShrug buff does not activate if no target was hit, and will always overwrite itself regardless of the amount of enemies hit.
Prior to the 04/25/2024 KR patch, the OwieOwie debuff was purely for flavor and had no actual effects.
- Certain other skills or items that rely on debuffs did consider it for their effect however, like the Complete Energy Conversion Device accessory.
The skill's hitbox matches the visual sound wave effect fairly accurately, meaning it hits a bit further to the sides near the bottom where the smaller waves are, and up to 3 platforms above you with the larger waves.
