When [Manifesting Rift] is in Cooldown, using [Rift Manifestation] skill 1 time will decrease Cooldown of [Manifesting Rift].

Tips and Details

Obtaining this passive will reduce the [Manifesting Rift] state reactivation cooldown to 20 seconds.
Other than showing when [Manifesting Rift] is activated, the new form of Lithia's pickaxe is purely aesthetical.
You can toggle off the pickaxe model change by toggling the Deactivate Appearance button in options. The animated lines around the pickaxe will still be shown.
