This skill can also allow unlimited critical hits to a single target every time Brutal Slayer activates and burns MP although unknown why. It is most likely due to lag. Not only does it give you unlimited Critical hits it acts as a debuff to the monster and all your teammates that attack it will have Critical hits. It is possible but we don't know how to do it for sure. Most discoveries are accidental. (Dungeon)
