			*El Tear does not affect anything except base stats. All sockets and random identifiable stats are unaffected by it. Your 10.5% ID is still within the possible range of values. You can find Movement/Jump Speed at 3 times the normal value of the other stats so instead of their stat range being from 1287~1430 (+1%), it's 1287~1716 (+3%).
