Using three Special Actives will grant you the "Power of the Wind" buff, which strengthens the power of wind-centric Special Actives and increases movement speed for 15 seconds.

Wind-centric Special Actives are [[Perfect Storm]], [[Aero Tornado]], [[Crescent Kick]], [[Spinning Crescent]], [[Gyro Kick]], and [[Tempest (Wind Sneaker) | Tempest]]. These skills are guaranteed to critical and deal 10% more critical damage.
