**I think it's pretty much confirmed at this point. NA's released 4 Master Class updates already, and they've been rolled out every 2 weeks like they were in KR. On top of that, they've been doing Rapid Level Up events during the Master Class releases (one Rapid Level Up every 2 Master Class updates), and there's still one Rapid Level Up event left after the one currently going on with 2 more Master Class updates in waiting.
