As the Night Sabers borrowed powers from the spirits for quick communication, the clear message from the village was one sure indication that the connection to the spirit world was restored.<br>Even though the communication with the Elder ended on a bright note, Rena was still heavy-hearted.<br>Though the El Search Party was victorious in the end, there were many sacrifices made while fighting against Henir's Order. As she watched her friends tending to their wounds, Rena pondered.<br>The mysterious voice asked her what she was afraid of.<br>Though it might be difficult for some to pinpoint their fears, Rena knew more than anyone what her fear was.<br>Rena was kind, considerate, and always first to give advice, but she was strict when it came to her own behavior. That is probably how she became the strongest amongst the Night Sabers.<br>Ironically, despite her strength, her fear was to become "stronger."<br>Power comes with a risk. Rena worried that when the time came to pay the price, everything she held dear would be taken and she wouldn't be able to do anything to stop it, just like how she wasn't able to protect her one friend.<br>"Are you sure you want to become stronger?"<br>Rena acknowledged the voice and slashed her enemy. However, despite her fear of becoming stronger, her desire to protect her friends was still what she considered to be most important. For that she needed power.<br>She cannot standby watching her friends getting hurt.<br>Rena headed towards the sanctum. "She" was waiting for her answer at the heart of the sanctum.
