Affected By Action Speed

The skill will always be partially charged, even if you do not hold the skill key down at all, simply due to the time it takes for Elesis to swing her sword down after the initial slash. The minimum charge possible is actually around +10% (1241% Physical Damage per hit at [Enhanced]), instead of what's listed.
Similar to Elsword's Double Slash, it strikes the opponent once with a stunning arc, then strikes down with a devastating blast. However, Sword of Judgement is a lot faster when not charged and has a slimmer blast. Charging it up to full strength at [Enhanced] will make the cast time of both skills almost identical.
[Enhanced] Sword of Judgement does not actually reduce the total charge time, still allowing you to hold it for the full 2 seconds, but the maximum damage is reached in half the time. The skill will reach full damage just before the second time the charge around Elesis' hands pulses.

In the original design, Sword of Judgement was called Judgement Drive. The old skill name is still used for one of the skill voices.
In NA, the tooltip mistakenly claims the amount of hits is increased while charging, rather than the damage.
