Talk:Drehen Hinter
From Elwiki
As a native speaker I can say, this skill name (Like many others from Ain) doesn't make sense. I've added the correct translation "Butt turn" next to the "supposed to be" translation which got removed again. I know what this sentence SHOULD mean, but it doesn't. For the Trivia there should be the correct translation next to the "supposed to be" translation. Or don't state that this means "To turn around" because this is just wrong, doesn't matter how you turn it.
- Drehen does mean to turn around/rotate. Dutch equivalent is 'Draaien' so while I'm not native speaker, I can say for sure that part is at least correct. As for Hintern, yes, it does mean butt, but in the same sense that "behind" also means butt in english. It's a child-friendly euphemism. It is by far not the best word to use at all, but it's still a possible translation. In other words, Drehen Hinter can still be "Turn Behind". As I said before it's a horrible way of saying it, but it's not wrong per se.
