If you have your Quick Slots mapped to keys other than the standard 1-6 number keys, the game will take valid input from the alternative locations you have mapped.
The Trolley DilemmaTrolley Dilemma debuff itself does not do anything. However, it can be used in conjunction with equipment such as the Complete Energy Conversion Device.
