Mm! As I responded in my edit, "Troublemaker Duo extends the second hyper duration. I guess it's not too clear on the skill page? 🤔" ... and then edited said page to better clarify what it did. I'm not sure if KuraiTora, the one who originally added that trivia point, saw but hopefully they did.
In regards to King of Pranks, you're right in that it does have its uses. I think the wording of "does not provide any benefits" more-so implies "does not provide any stat/skill changes" like other passives. At least, that's my interpretation of the wording.
