Tips and Details
- This skill is very useful when it gets activated by chance, for example you can use the same 200mp skill twice in a row without cooling down.
- Currently the only passive that can remove cooldowns entirely by passing certain conditions.
- This skill doesn't affect Code: Thunderbolt.
