Name: Ring of Energy (에너지의 링)

Level Required: Lv. 40

Description: MP Consumed increase by 10% (Uses 220MP). The range of the skill increased.

• The damage is dealt to any foe within the ╋ shaped ring around the caster
• When noted the sideways range is a bit wider than Guillotine Press' second stomp.

Tips and Details

• This skill has unique damage properties that give it the second highest damage priority in the game. It is only surpassed by additional damage, which ignores everything.
• Similarities to additional damage:
  • Ignores defense and guard.
  • Is affected by fixed changes to attack (e.g., titles like Ann's Gift).
• Differences from additional damage:
  • Ignores all damage reduction but one type (Nasod core shield, queen's core shield, any 3-X secret dungeon set's shield).
  • Ignores percentage changes to attack except pets, Weapon Crash, and Weapon Break.
  • Can critical hit and is boosted by Awakening Mode. Critical damage modifiers such as Stigma Shot apply as well.
• If the foe's level difference is greater than +5, the fixed damage is decreased. The decrease is the rounded product of fixed damage * .1 and is multiplied by level difference - 5. E.g., for 232799 fixed damage, on a +7 foe, it's decreased to 186239 (232799 - 23280(7-5)).
• In PvP, character level in the formula fixed at Lv. 18.
• Damage cannot be increased by additional damage.
• Possibly negated by the howling from Elsword's Aura of Destruction.
