Tips and Details

• Bleed inflicted by Surface Cutting will do 75% average attack damage per second at 1 stack. Additional stacks will increase the damage by 90% per stack. Bleed caps at 3 stacks and lasts for 5 seconds.
  • Bleed's effect is affected by Queen's Authority.
• After casting this skill, you can continue to move/attack freely.
• Oberon will be in Super Armor for the duration of the skill.
• Oberon will not cause hitstun in PvP.
  • Players may opt to intentionally get hit by Oberon since it increases their MP without the danger of hitstun.
• Surface Cutting's casting attack can deal up to 1,540% (492% in PvP) Physical Damage.
