[Passive] When Bloody Festival stacks up to max, gives [Frenzy] buff. Frenzy buff activates overstrike and can use active skills without ECP cost, increases all active skill damages and decreases special active skill cooldown when active skills land successfully. Frenzy buff is removed when Overstrike deactivates. |
