Battle Magician

Specialty

The Battle Magician is a melee specialist, preferring Close Quarters Combat. She has become more proficient with her staff, capable of performing more advanced combos over her other job class advancements. She is also able to use "Star Balls." Star Balls travel at slower speeds, dealing a splash damage effect as opposed to piercing their targets (their active length of time is the same as to a fireball, the slower speed equates to shorter effective range).

  • Recommended to use delays after the starball has inflicted its splash damage.


Background

The Battle Magicians excel best in Close Combat. Powers used by the Battle Magicians tend not to be elemental like ice or fire, but rather pure energy that is usually released out of the tip of their staffs. Even though Battle Magicians magical damages aren't as high as normal mages, with mastery of Battle Pendant, only inherited by a special number of magicians, they can be amplified to transform to the state where they can deal higher damage than normal mages. Rather than using a normal fireball, Battle Magicians can use a special magical projectile known as the "Star Ball" which moves slower then a normal fireball by 44% but can inflict more damage on targets. A battle magician also has the ability to amplify their field blast and also their staffs while in transformation this causes their field blasts to become larger and have a wider range, also their staffs increases in size causing their attacks to also have a longer range.


First Class Advancement

Battle Magician can also be obtained by using the Cash Shop item: Battle Magician's Lost Memory

Aisha is required to be Lv15 to begin her first class advancement.
After completing the Magician quest chain, Aisha can decide between advancing as High Magician, Dark Magician, or Battle Magician.

Battle Magician

  1. Speak to Hoffman in Elder.
  2. Collect one drop from William Phoru (Boss) from 2-4 on Very Hard (☆☆☆).
  3. Eliminate 5 Wally Guardians, 9 Little Soldiers, and Wally No.8 (Boss) on 2-5 at any difficulty.
  4. Complete 2-5 on Very Hard (☆☆☆).

At Lv 35, Battle Magician may advance into a Dimension Witch.

Aisha does three wide whacks with her staff and ends it with a downward bash, knocking down the enemy. Can be cancelled at the third hit.

  • These differ from her base jobs three staff attacks as they have an upwards circular rotation instead of sideways rotations, this allows more ease when catching falling enemies and has a slightly wider range.

An upgrade of her old dash combo, Aisha dashes towards the enemy and hits them with her staff, after she teleports Aisha does a quick lunge with her staff and lets out a magical field blast, launching the opponent into the air.

When dashing and jumping into the air, instead of a fireball, Aisha shoots out a magical orb that does splash damage. The magic orb does not knockdown and is slower than the original fireball.
