Tactical Trooper
Specialty
Chung can now switch to Siege Shelling more often and can support his allies with mortars and by giving them MP. He also gains a new Siege Shelling mode in which he turns his cannon around and shoots from the other end. Doing so will increase the range and power of the shots.
Background
Chung arrived at his father's study in an attempt to obtain information for improving the Destroyer's firepower. He stumbles upon a hidden research document that his father had been working on for enhancing the Destroyer before he became corrupted by the dark demons' energy. Chung used the document's information as a start to find a way to enhance the Destroyer, however, in the end, he required a catalyst that could produce immense energy in order to be successful. Chung asked the Ponggo mechanics of Altera for help, and together, they created the "Disfrozen Portal", an engine that could supply infinite amounts of El energy.
To be able to confront his father, and to protect the world and his friends, Chung sought to become stronger. With the Disfrozen Portal and his newly enhanced Destroyer, Chung grew closer to this goal as he became a Tactical Trooper.
Second Class Advancement
At Lv35, Shelling Guardian can advance into Tactical Trooper. The second class advancement quest is obtained from Ariel, the event NPC located in every town.

Additional Combos
Image | Description | Damage |
---|---|---|
File:TTcombo1.png | Combo Siege After Chung executes the basic combo, he throws a disfrozen onto the ground which bounces back up, and smashes his targets with his cannon, reloading ammo, pushing them back to where the bounced up disfrozen is and switches to Siege Shelling stance. In PvE, the disfrozen can directly hit the target without bouncing back up. |
100% Phy. Damage |
File:TTcombo2.png | Backfire Siege After Chung dodges behind targets, he releases a cannon blast, followed by a reload and an aiming shot from the back of his cannon and switches to Siege Shelling stance. |

Trivia
- Like Shelling Guardian, Tactical Trooper's Freiturnier appearance differs a bit from Chung other 2nd job paths,Iron Paladin and Deadly Chaser.
- Instead of just wearing a helmet, he also gains a machinery core on his chest and wings on his back.
- The wings are an El-energy engine created with help of the Ponggo race, known as the "Disfrozen Portal." It is supposedly based on a combination of Chung's research and the research his father left.
- Instead of just wearing a helmet, he also gains a machinery core on his chest and wings on his back.
- Like Chung's other classes, Chung's in-game model changes after the 2nd job advancement, having him grow much taller than before.
- Tactical Trooper has the heaviest armor out of all of Chung's jobs.
- Upon advancing to a Tactical Trooper, the Red Shells Ammo Bar will be unlocked. However, that ammo can only be used after learning the passive Mobile Armored Mode.
- Red shells can only be used for Reverse Siege.
- Chung loads 1 red shell after every 2 standard shells (even without a target).
- An alternate way of reloading the red shells is to use Tactical Field.
