Tips and Details
- While Mana Flow - Rune triggers the moment you use a Rune Skill, that Rune Skill will not gain the damage increase. Only the next Rune Skill used will gain the effect, removing the buff.
- The Rune Skill used to consume the buff will not trigger the buff again itself.
