Tips and Details
- The Armored Tempest is a physical object, so this skill can be used as a wall to prevent enemies such as Skin Splitter from charging into you.
- When attacked during its Sonic Shock attack, it will spew out additional shockwaves, increasing its total damage.
- Possible Bug: The Armored Tempest will explode upon summon in Twisted Time and Space - Fahrmann's Peak when someone is suffering extreme lag.
- Each Sonic Shock attack will reapply Super Armor for 1 second while in its range. The buff does not overlap and will reset each time you're affected by a shockwave.
- Because of Sonic Shock's narrow semi-circular range, allies under the platform will not receive Super Armor, as opposed to Tactical Field, which provides Super Armor in a circular range.
- Giant Potion does not affect its range, as it is considered a summon unit, limiting its efficiency.
- If this skill is reused while the first Armored Tempest is still active, the first mecha will be destroyed.
- This severely limits the uptime of the Super Armor provided as the summoning animation does not provide Super Armor.
- If cast towards a wall in certain dungeons, Armored Tempest might be summoned on the other edge of the map.
- The device is not immune to debuffs or invincible in dungeons, meaning that it can be both killed and heal the boss if debuffed.
- Sonic Shock will deal an extra hit in Free Training.
