I know I'm the one who added that trivia bit, but I just reached level 99 with my [[Stellar Caster]] through dungeon clear EXP, and it looked like the excess EXP from that was still added to my El Resonance, making it only excess Quest Reward EXP that isn't added to El Resonance.
