Using Blessed Bow Skills decrease the cooldown for other Blessed Bow Skills and apply the [Grand Arrow] buff.

Tips and Details

The piercing increase is especially effective for Rapid Shot, Shooting Magnum, and Arc Shot, who could all only pierce once without this passive, vastly increasing their potential in dungeons.
Due to most of the Blessed Bow skills being Active skills, it is possible to have the Grand Arrow buff active almost all the time.
