On average, each code block does 2~4 hits on enemies they pass through. Enemies situated below multiple code block lines naturally take more damage from the skill.
- At point blank, most enemies will be hit about 21~42 times without [Enhanced].
The code blocks will always spawn in the same pattern, 2 3-block lines, one furthest ahead in the direction you're facing and one at the bottom of the code stack, and then 3 6-block lines above.
- The [Enhanced] effect increases the amount of 6-block lines to 5 and rearranges them slightly.
- While the lines always spawn the same way, the code blocks themselves have a variable offset and tilt, so enemies may not always be hit the same amount of times even under identical casting conditions.
All Speed Increase is additive.
Bug: All Skill Cooldown Speed Increase works on Restrain in PvP.
The Hologram Wave effect will only trigger upon a proper death. Reviving through effects from titles or a skill will not activate it.
- Additionally, the effect is classified as a normal debuff (unlike the special ones provided by Bygone Days), meaning it can have its duration reduced by debuff resist effects, as well as removed entirely by any cleansing skills, such as White Box, making it undesirable to attempt to activate it at all, especially in raid where the revive timer is as long as the effect's duration.

Moby will be surrounded with a red pink aura that has the word "Friday" floating around it during Friday Code.
The Hologram Wave takes the appearance of the left half of Failess's glitched face and the right half of base Eve's face. This is also the only time it is possible to see Code: Failess's basic artwork featuring the glitched face.
Friday (Virus:DOS/Jerusalem) is a logic bomb DOS virus first detected at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, in October 1987. The virus is unique among other viruses of the time, as it is a logic bomb, set to go off on Friday the 13th on all years but 1987.
