The El Search Party learns about the legend of Behemoth, and how the kidnapper has used the Wind Priestess to revive the massive creature. Sander village chief Emirate and the alchemist Vapor send our heroes on to the Sandtilus, the Caluso Tribe's wind-powered ship, to chase and stop Behemoth from destroying the city. They had not expected to find Karis at the heart of this evil plan.

Chapter 16: Dreaming Wind

The El Search Party learns about the legend of Behemoth, and how the kidnapper has used the Wind Priestess to revive the massive creature. Sander village chief Emirate and the alchemist Vapor send our heroes on to the Sandtilus, the Caluso Tribe's wind-powered ship, to chase and stop Behemoth from destroying the city. They had not expected to find Karis at the heart of this evil plan.

After defeating Karis and resealing the Behemoth, the El Search Party returns to Sander and hears the Wind Priestess's vision.

  • Anduran: Wow... It's thanks to you all! If it weren't for you, I wouldn't have made it this far.
  • Elesis: We didn't do anything. It's all thanks to you, Anduran.
  • Eve: What happened to the Behemoth is unfortunate. How long must it sleep until it's completely healed?
  • Anduran: It's ok! The Behemoth is though, so it will be fine!
  • Anduran: And the people of Sander will always be with it!
  • Eve: Yes. I suppose then it won't be lonely when it wakes up.
  • Emirate: Everyone! There's good news, and amazing news.
  • Emirate: The good news is, we will have a party to celebrate the heroes that saved Sander!
  • Elesis: Oh, good! What's the amazing news then?
  • Emirate: Amazing news is that it's impossible to take the Sandtilus back because we used all the energy from the Wind Stone to seal the Behemoth!
  • Emirate: That is an AMAZING opportunity to enjoy the AMAZING view of the milky way and the glorious Sander desert!

  • Raven: ... There should still be energy in the support ship. We can send it back to Sander to explain the situation, then we don't have to walk the desert all night.

  • Rena: We did. We heard from her that all the Priestesses have to be together in order to hear the prophecy.
