Tips and Details
- The Flow of Chi buff will only activate when Energy is gained through Energy Conversion/Gain/Drain. It will not activate when Energy is gained through Awakening or passive skills.
- The Flow of Chi buff's tooltip is incorrect because the buff actually increases the chance of dealing a Critical Hit, not increasing the damage of a Critical Hit.
- Critical Increase from the Flow of Chi buff is unnormalized.
- All Speed Increase is multiplicative.
