- Since Fire Rune is an active skill, it is by far the quickest method of activating the cooldown decrease effect..
- Magic Counter's counter attack is considered a command by this skill and will create a Generated Rune.
- The runes summoned by this passive are capable of activating Special Effects and Elements, but are not affected by Way of the Sword.
