- Oddly, one of Rena's dungeon clear quotes mentions the giant wheels that appear within sections of the waterway, even though they are exclusive to the currently Heroic Mode-only Heart of the Ancient Waterway dungeon, and no longer appear in this dungeon.
- One of the Grim Reaper - Death/Rebirth pets' dialogues states that if you drop an iron axe into the river in Ancient Waterway, Taranvash will appear and give you a golden axe.
