Seed of Life is chaos itself. There's no predicting what will come out, like the result of a die. That's why the El Search Party couldn't help but be shaken.
It's best if Ran uses the Seed of Life and turn into a mindless mutation, but if someone like Ran obtains power like Hennon's... It'll be like giving wings to a tiger.

One by one, as they tire out, the El Search Party takes turns to allow everyone some breathing room in midst of battle. Every sign points to their disadvantage except for their strength in numbers.
Protect and relying on each other, and waiting while believing in one another.
It's standard to point some people may say it's foolish, but this is the El Search Party way.

Body and mind are both reaching the limit.
The arm hurts like it's about to fall, and there's no feeling left in the hands. The body exhausted to a point of barely standing, and the legs constantly trying to run away against their wishes. It's hard to control the body despite it being their own. Everyone was falling behind, and spirits running low. But that was more the reason to stand tall and cry out. Use the body that's about to fall, to shoot forward instead. Cheer on. The demonic energy spreads like poison and the body's about to collapse, but this pain is nothing.
This is still better than watching friends fall one by one.

Demonic energy continues to leak from the crack made on the Seed of Life, but it's barely making a difference. If Ran is the fish, the Abyss is like the ocean. The only thing left to do is waiting for the ocean to dry up, or to wait for Ran to end his life. But the El Search Party entered the Abyss because they could not wait.
Then there's still a way.
It seemed hopeless when Ran absorbed the demonic energy of the Abyss using the Seed of Life, but that action may as well have turned this situation in his favor. If there's no way to win, then they can dry the ocean of seal his gills. It may sound unrealistic, but it was an option.
The El Search Party decides to give everything to this one chance.
