+본명은 프린스 세이커. 세나스 공국의 수도인 하멜을 대대로 수호해 온 세이커 가문에서 태어난 그는, 하멜을 수호하기 위한 전투교육만을 배우며 자랐다. 그의 아버지는 '하멜의 하얀 거신'이라 불리는 영웅이다. 마족이 세나스 공국에 침공해 왔을 때, 그의 아버지는 혼신을 다해 마족을 막아내었으나 사악한 주술에 걸려 마족들의 조종을 받게 되어 하멜 침략에 앞장 서기 된다. 그는 아버지와 마족들을 막아보려 했지만 역부족이었다. 결국 싸움 도중 큰 상처를 입고, 엘소드 일행의 도움을 받아 간신히 전장에서 탈출할 수 있었다. 부상에서 회복되는 동안 세나스 공국의 대부분의 지역이 마족에게 함락되고 만다. 하멜 안에서만 마족을 상대하는 것은 승산이 없다고 판단한 그는 하멜과 물의 엘 조각을 지키기 위해, 그리고 마족들에게서 아버지를 되찾기 위해 하멜의 안전은 붉은 기사단에게 잠시 맡기고, 더 강해지기 위해 엘소드 일행과 함께 여행을 떠난다. 그는 더 강해질 때까지 세이커 가문의 이름을 사용하지 않기로 하고, 스스로 '청'이라고 칭한다.
-With the help of Elsword and his friends, Chung escapes the battlefield and is on the way to recovering from his wounds. Meanwhile, most parts of the Senace Kingdom are now occupied by the demons. He then decides to leave Hamel to the Red Knights and go with Elsword to train and become stronger than ever. He swears to himself that he will not use the Seiker name and will call himself Chung until he returns to save Hamel and take the Water El back from the demons.
