Stoic - Strong requires attacks to trigger now? o3o Every class has some sort of buff that lets their skills do more than what they can do normally, pretty much without exception. Hence why we don't mention buffs.
(It's misleading to call it one of the weakest hyperactives in the game, though, with that self-buff that doesn't require buffs from attacks like Crimson Avenger and Lu/Ciel having two mana bars. Just thought it was worth noting in Tips and Details.)
