basically recovery time and hang time are 2 different thing. if u said faster recovery time, then u would have meant that there was recovery time after shooting the rune. so hang time is a better word. and u also have a habit of removing the oringal stuff
m (I'm sorry, but uh, how does that not equate to faster recovery time? It wasn't immediate before, sure. But now that it is, that's exactly why I put faster recovery time. I'm leaving it there as a tip, but don't remove the original next time.)
