Primary hit still lands, every hit counts, [insert effort-filled quote here]. Really minor, but I'm not trying to discourage use of the move.
(I'm rephrasing this because I just noticed that it contradicts the logic of Max hits. This is what I would've originally put if I knew what the issue was in the first place, instead of this constant cycle.)
