Is it possible to remove the __NOTOC__ command from the source? The template is included in many other templates and when those are included in a long page it removes the table of content there. Needed some time to go through the included template list of Pet Guide to figure it out it comes from there. I think it is a better behaviour when sites who should not display table of contents should set __NOTOC__ themself instead of templates.
