I figured as much, just wanted to make sure. I doubt Kiling Blow 2 would work on this skill even if it wasn't glitched, since Killing Blow 1 doesn't affect it.

---Nope, always 60 seconds. But it has the [Enhanced] starball damage and the 50% mp gain increase at least.
