This skill will drag non-super armor targets along with it.
A normal-sized target that can be dragged for the entire length of the skill will take a total of 35 hits.
Most stationary targets can easily take 2 or 3 tornadoes.
If used against a wall, all the tornadoes will spawn in the same place, allowing the skill to deal full damage to any target regardless of size.
