Allies/Enemies who enter the field will receive the corresponding buff/debuff once for 10 seconds. Re-entering the field will not refresh the duration and creating multiple fields does not stack.
At a reference of 400 max MP, 1 tick at the lowest CP level (0.6%) will regenerate 2 MP while at the highest CP level (9%), 1 tick will regenerate 36 MP.
The NA server tooltip is still not updated to the 05/27/2021 (KR)/ 06/23/2021 (NA) patch update, showing "increases [Cycle Chant - Continuance]'s damage by 1.5x" instead of the actual change; Increase critical damage for all allies within range by 20%. (10% in PvP).
Enemy DebuffPenetrating Will is affected by water resistance.

Trivia

Blatt Blume is German and translates to Leaf Flower.
- That the words stand completely alone makes the name sound rather meaningless. It is possible that it was intended to be Blütenblatt which translates to Blossom.
In Europe, Folium Flos is Latin for Leaf Flower.
- Both words are in the nominative case and that makes the skill's name meaningless too. Flower Leaf is Folium Floris while Leaf Flower is Flos Folii.
