	Neil Sniping Press a [Directional Key] to move the target scope. Press the [Skill Key] to fire. forces skill to end. fires a single shot. When forcing skill to end, recover 25 MP for each remaining shot [Stuns] for 2 seconds on successful hit.
	Over Strike Upon activating Over Strike, skill attack power increases.
	Final Enhanced Skill MP Recovery per shot left increased by 50%.

Only Rose's start and recovery animations will be affected by Action Speed. Shots will always be cast at the same speed.
Just like with Gungnir or Shadow Bolt, you may get stuck while aiming this skill and the reticle may be delayed compared to your input if the party's host delay is significant.
