Because of the large hitbox, the skill will hit enemies directly behind you and slightly above/below you.
Can be hard to follow up after in PvP without high attack speed.

The boss of Transporting Tunnel: Contaminated Area, Alterasia Type-H, uses Wind Blade occasionally, but in a green color.
