Tips and Details
- Cooldown reduction does not apply to Hyper Active, Wedding , or other Seal skills (including itself), as well as Nimble Movement and Resurrection.
- If a character that has either Nimble Movement or Resurrection die when under the effect of this buff, the Defy Time buff will use first instead their passive.
