Tips and Details
- Pandemonium is unlocked through the Intermediate Branch Skill Quest.
- The quest can be obtained at Lv30 from Camilla, the PvP NPC.
- Can also be used in mid-air.
- After the 07/28 patch the duration of the debuff and the mana cost were decreased.
- Great for both PvP and PvE, as it causes confusion and a higher critical rate on the enemy.
