Enhanced Agility's effect is not shown in your stat menu. However, it does stack with your current Attack Speed and Movement Speed.
In NA, this passive's Spirit of Wind effect is currently glitched and will trigger even at base, as well as all of Elesis's other job paths when using Dodge and Slash.
