The increase in speed from this passive can be stacked with other speed increases such as Airelinna.
Since the passive triggers on hit with the relevant skills, it will shorten their cooldowns as well since their cooldown will activate before they are actually executed.
- However, if the user is too close when activating Reflective Kick, the effect may not apply. If the wind burst for the skill hits the target, then it will be sure to apply.
Although it's likely unintentionally, this passive will overwrite any cooldown increases from the Heavy or Reversed skill traits and upon activation, immediately set any skills to their regular cooldown if their Heavy/Reversed cooldown is still higher than it.
