Tips and Details
- A small enemy in Super Armor will usually take the full damage from one Conwell Pillar, though it is very common to be hit by at least 2 of them. Enemies juggled inside will take a varied amount of hits based on how they end up being juggled throughout the skill, but on average, the skill will hit around 40 to 60 times.
- A medium sized enemy in Super Armor is easily hit by 2 pillars, but 3 pillars is reasonably possible with the right positioning, resulting in 78 hits from the main part of the skill.
- A large enough enemy that covers the entire skill can take up to 208 hits from the main part alone.
- The Shockwave part only deals damage in the relatively small area on the ground that Elsword drops down into, signified by the red crater. The hitbox stays active for quite some time however.
- The shockwave sends out additional conwell drops to the left and right of its impact location, dealing the same damage as those from the Sword Storm. There are 5 conwells summoned on both sides of the shockwave, and most enemies are hit by at least 2 of them.
- Naturally, because of their spread on both sides of the skill, it is very unlikely to deal all 10 hits on any enemy outside of Debrian Nasod Carrier during its Energy Buster attack.
- The shockwave sends out additional conwell drops to the left and right of its impact location, dealing the same damage as those from the Sword Storm. There are 5 conwells summoned on both sides of the shockwave, and most enemies are hit by at least 2 of them.
- The horizontal and diagonal dashes Elsword performs during this skill do not deal damage and are mostly for visual effect, though they still inflict a heavy amount of hitstun on contact.
- Enemies that can be launched will be juggled slightly by the Conwell Pillars, but may drop to the ground if none of the dashes hit them up into the air.
- Conversely, an enemy hit by the diagonally upward dash but not the top horizontal dash, or enemies that were already near the top of the skill, may end up being launched above the skill's reach and no longer take most of the skill's damage.
- The Conwell Pillars become active the moment Elsword passes their location during his initial forward dash, and remain active until just before the shockwave hits, dealing damage the entire time.
- The actual Conwell Swords visible during the skill do not have a hitbox and are just for visual effect.
- As the first conwell pillar becomes active quite far ahead of Elsword's initial location, enemies right next to you, especially small Super Armored enemies or unmovable enemies like The Rage of Behemoth's Boss may not be hit by the main Sword Storm part at all, though the additional conwells dropped after the shockwave will still connect.
