Skill Notes

Skill notes are various "notes" that can be used to permanently enhance the ability of a particular skill. In order to use skill note, you will need to have completed the Skill Book quest from Ariel, or buy the cash Skill Book from the cash shop. There are 2 types of skill notes, Special Skill Notes and Active Skill Notes.
Special Skill Notes
Special Skill Notes are rare skill notes that can be obtained from some quests and monster drops. These skill notes usually cost a lot in the market and at the same time grants magnificent abilities to various skills. These Skill notes give special stats to Special Actives.
Active Skill Notes
Skill Notes are rare skill notes that can be obtained from some quests and monster drops. These Skill notes, too, usually cost a lot in the market. These types of skill notes give special stats to Actives, and sometimes, normal attack commands.
Skill Book Quest
Speak to Ariel when you are Lv. 20 and accept the Skill Book quest
Step 1: Complete 3-1 and 3-2 in Very Hard Mode.
Step 2: Collect 20 torn pages (from Red Salamanders in the Besma region) and 4 Besma vegetable Alchemist items (that are worth 2,100 ED)
