Tips and Details
- With all sources of Master Skill Cooldown Reduction, the buff will never reach 100% uptime, even with the use of Benediction.
- Assuming that the Nyx Pieta has max Master Skill Cooldown Reduction stat as well, it at most reaches around 14 seconds downtime if you receive the buff from Benediction twice during this skill's cooldown.
- Choosing Stage 3 over Stage 4 for more uptime of the buff is mathematically not worth.
- The buff will be applied as you as you can move after casting, giving you exactly 15 seconds to use it on your skills.
Trivia
- Pluvia aurea is Latin for Golden Rain.
