Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

The bullet will always try to ricochet whenever possible. If not, it will continue to hit its current target.
- However, if there is only one target, Bullet Blitz will hit at most 5 times since the delay between hits for the same target is about 0.3 seconds, while the delay from ricocheting from a target to another is much shorter, thus being able to land more hits the more enemies are next to each other.
With Endless Chase, the number of hits possible on a single target is increased to 6 and the maximum possible hits on multiple targets is increased to 14.
When drawing his gun, all surrounding targets will be damaged. Drawing the gun does 55% Physical Damage.
