Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

The photon bullet fired by Rose will deal an unlisted hit of 97% Magical Damage on contact with enemies.

While a skill originally designed for Elsword, a similar black hole skill was later added to DFO's Female Spitfire called G-61 Gravity Grenade, and it fulfills much the same purpose there.
