Enemies will be dragged along with the ground movement into the large explosion at the end, ensuring they take full damage from the skill if they are not in Super Armor or otherwise immovable.
Because this version of the skill deals much more damage on the single explosion hit than the initial travelling hits, the Useful trait is actually a damage loss, as that part will still only deal 1 hit.
